Ms. Gillian Edwards


Gillian is a young extremely successful Entrepreneur and has been operating her own Garment Construction Establishment in Sangre Grande since 1998.

Born March 13th, 1973 Ms. Edwards over the years has successfully developed her vocational skills in fields such as Dress Making and Design (1986-1991); Life Skills Counselling specializing in Anger Management and Communication Techniques (1996) as well as Computer Literacy. Currently, she is pursuing a Supervisory Management Course at the Cipriani Labour College.

Additionally, Ms. Edwards is the very distinguished Founder of The Sangre Grande Friends of the Hospital Organization through which she devotes most of her time and effort in providing critical support for persons afflicted by Cancer and HIV/AIDS.
Presently, she is employed as the Regional Supervisor for Toco/Sangre Grande with the Ministry of Works and Transport.
Ms. Gillian Edwards is indeed a very creative, innovative, purpose driven individual whose ultimate goal in life is to empower others, more so the women of her community and country by extension.
