In 2007, Nickasia became the Managing Director of Achievement Oriented Seekers Academic Learning Centre (A.O.S.A.L.C), a private secondary level educational institution founded by herself in partnership with her mother. Ms. Baillie is proud to report that over the years, many of her students went on to tertiary level education and have progressed into lucrative careers such as lawyers, doctors, teachers and police officers just to name a few.
Ms. Baillie attributes her professional development, skills and competencies to Republic Bank Ltd. where she served at the Training and Organisation Development Centre for nine plus years. Through her various administrative roles and responsibilities she developed proficient leadership and interpersonal communication skills. She completely digested the Bank’s core values of integrity and superior service excellence.
Ms. Baillie attended the University of the Southern Caribbean (U.S.C.) where she obtained an Associate Degree in General Business accredited by Andrews University, Michigan, U.S.A and graduated with honours, cum laude. She is presently reading for a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety and Health at the Cipriani Labour College.
Her greatest accomplishment in life, she says with great pride is her four beautiful children, Chelsie, Brianna, Arnez and Khloe.
This young lady has a magnanimous personality that is both endearing and inspiring. Ms. Nickasia Baillie is passionate and committed and believes that she has a divine purpose to positively impact the lives of others and is grateful for the opportunity to serve humanity through the Sangre Grande Development Foundation.
